ABM, a leading provider of facility solutions, announced that Guarantee Electrical Company, with offices in Denver and Colorado Springs, has signed an agreement expanding their TEGG franchise to include the Colorado and Wyoming markets. Guarantee Electrical Company is a full-service electrical contractor providing electrical services as a TEGG service partner in St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas since 1997. TEGG is a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group, an operating unit of ABM.

Founded in St. Louis, Missouri, Guarantee Electrical Company is an employee-owned organization with over 120 years of experience in electrical engineering, electrical preconstruction, electrical construction, intelligent building systems installation and quick response services. The company was founded to provide electricity for the 1904 World’s Fair, and the name Guarantee was chosen in honor of the unprecedented one-year installation warranty. Guarantee Electrical is also a founding member of the Federated Electrical Contractors (FEC), a joint-venture network which brings electrical contractors together when special resources are needed.
