​The Continuing Education Conference returned to the Hyatt Regency Atlanta this year, bringing Contractors from across the TEGG and Linc Service networks together in-person to celebrate successes and share in educational sessions. Winning the TEGG Contractor of the Year for a third time, KROON Electric Corporation was awarded for their impressive performance and growth in 2023.

Accepting on behalf of KROON, President Michael Kroon said in praise of his team and fellow Principal Audrey Kroon Lowther: “This award is not built in a day, or a week, or a month, or a year… This award is built when you have a mindset that you are going to win. Everyone on your team has to believe, and Audrey built that culture in our organization.”

The TEGG Contractor of the Year Award is presented annually by ABM Franchising Group to the most outstanding TEGG contractor. Criteria for achieving the award is based on, but not limited to, implementation of the TEGG system and overall sales activity and performance. 

The 2024 event theme, Driving Transformation Together, echoes the commitment of ABM Franchising Group and the TEGG network to evolving practice to improve outcomes. Educational sessions before the annual awards ceremony focused on multiple topics, including safety, eMobility, leadership and more.
