​TEGG, a franchise brand of ABM Franchising Group and a leading provider of electrical maintenance services, announces Ingeniería Industrial Potosina S.A. de C.V., commonly abbreviated IIPSA, signed an agreement to join the TEGG franchise network. IIPSA is a top, full-service provider of electrical contracting services for the Mexican states of San Luis Potosí, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes and Querétaro.

ABM Franchising Group, an operating unit of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE:ABM), offers a portfolio of franchise networks that deliver mechanical and electrical service and preventive maintenance solutions to commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. ABM Franchising Group consists of three franchise brands: Linc Service, GreenHomes America and TEGG. IIPSA will operate under the TEGG franchise brand.

In 1979, Felipe Palau Barkofcy founded IIPSA to provide electrical services to industrial and commercial clients in San Luis Potosí, which had been experiencing great industrial growth. Through the years, the company has grown to employ more than 160 team members in four states and provide a comprehensive list of services that include power generation, power distribution, electrical maintenance and consulting services. IIPSA now plans on expanding its services to include TEGG's comprehensive preventive maintenance program, which offers clients customized solutions to help protect their facilities from unplanned power outages and electrical fires.
