Translators Help Teacher Reach Student
With the help of four translators, TEGG hosted its first off-site Operations Technical Training session in Mexico in late August.
More than a dozen students attended the training session at Tesca Servicios in Querétaro, Mexico, which was facilitated by Joe Gierlach, Vice President of Technical Training and Support.
Translators Enrique Alavez Linares, Miltiadis Liatsos Moron, Mario Pampin Aguilar and Grace Ureña Gallegos helped Gierlach overcome language barriers.
"This is a big win," Gierlach said, noting TEGG may consider hosting more off-site trainings in countries where English is not the native language.
Training participants included Supervisors Jesús Arnoldo Sánchez Bortolotti and Francisco Ortiz, and technicians Marielena Cortés Palomino, Juan Pablo Espinoza Patlán, Felipe de Jesús Sánchez Rivas and Rogelio Ramírez Soto of Técnica Electromecánica Central; and technicians Jorge Hurtado Jose de Jesus Lozano Serrano, Gerardo Piña Horta, Juan Javier Rocha Rivera, Francisco Ernesto Alvarez Silva, and Luis Alberto Garcia Saavedra of Electro Ramsa.
ABM Franchising Group offers TEGG franchises a variety of training opportunities to its franchisees throughout the year.
