TEGG hosted its annual Australian Continuing Education Conference and All-Star Diamond Event on August 10th through the 12th, at the Adelaide Oval, an iconic sports ground and event location in South Australia. Twenty-three TEGG franchise employees participated in educational sessions and a Diamond Award Dinner. 

Nilsen Pty., Ltd., has six locations throughout Australia, and is TEGG’s sole franchisee on the continent. It has locations in six Australian states and has been a TEGG contractor since 2004. Attendees joined educational sessions dedicated to key TEGG roles, including Maintenance Sales and DES Representatives, Divisional Managers, and Principals. 

The 2022 theme, Together Towards Tomorrow, emphasized the vital importance of facility services to helping businesses meet the economic challenges of the pandemic while safeguarding their employees and customers.

Conference participants met with TEGG leadership in targeted educational sessions including Vertical Marketing Selling, The Benefits of Infrared Testing, Social Media, and Sales-to-Operations Flow, as well as a two-day intensive on Sales Leadership. 

The highlight of the event celebrated the achievements of Nilsen Pty. employees, including their 6 Diamond Award Winners (see below), Gold, Platinum, and Bronze Awards, and Circle of Excellence Winners.
