After the Opening Session, over 100 participants, including franchise leaders, their families, and ABM team members, handcrafted dog beds to donate to a local animal shelter. Representatives of the shelter were also in attendance with puppies currently in need of adoption. 

The Giving Back Activity was co-sponsored by ABM Franchising Group and 2020 Search Partners, a recruiting team exclusively serving electrical and mechanical contractors. 

ABM Franchising Group’s annual Principals’ Meeting gathers Linc Service and TEGG franchise owners together for educational and motivational sessions, as well as social activities and the Awards Banquet. The 2025 meeting was held in San Diego, California.
