ABM Franchising Group, LLC was honored as a Bronze Stevie® Award Winner in the Support Department category of The 2014 American Business Awards. This marks the second time in five years the company has been honored as a finalist for Support Department of the Year.

The American Business Awards (ABA) are the nation’s premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small.

The awards were presented during ABA’s traditional banquet on Friday, June 13, 2014 in Chicago. ABM Franchising Group, formerly Linc Network, was also a finalist for Support Department of the Year in 2010.

ABM Franchising Group’s support department has the expertise to serve the diverse needs of four distinct business units made up of over 300 franchise locations. The team maintains a completely satisfied customer approval rating of 98% year after year, a two hour response time and a 94% weekly close rating of open support calls.

According to The American Business Awards, more than 3,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Most Innovative Company of the Year, Management Team of the Year, and Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, among others.

Finalists were chosen by more than 150 business professionals nationwide during preliminary judging in April and May, according to The American Business Awards. Stevie Award Winners in the category of new products and technology will be announced at a separate awards ceremony on Friday, September 12, 2014 in San Francisco.
