Paul Lippolis
The Westchester County and Fairfield County Business Journals named Paul Lippolis, the Senior Vice President of the Green Energy Services Department at Lippolis Electric, Inc., as a 2018 Milli Award winner during a ceremony in November in White Plains, NY.
Named for the millennial age group, the award is presented to recognize outstanding young professionals in Westchester and Fairfield counties in New York. Millennials are young adults born between 1981 and 1996, which range from ages 22 to 37, who have grown up in a technology-based environment.
This year marked the fourth annual Milli Awards, which were awarded to 20 recipients from a variety of industries.
Based in Pelham, NY, Lippolis Electric, Inc. has been a TEGG contractor since 2014, and has been in the Lippolis family for three generations.
The company provides its clients with a wide-range of electrical services including state-of-the art electrical testing, pre-construction engineering, and energy-efficient solutions.
Lippolis Electric's Green Energy Services Department develops strategies to effectively manage and reduce clients' energy usage to mitigate business operation risks.
As Senior Vice President of the Green Energy Services Department, Paul has utilized a variety of methods to track and substantiate energy reduction through energy-efficient upgrades to lower the company's carbon footprint.
Prior to working at Lippolis Electric, Inc., Paul worked in the Communications Department at Westchester Magazine.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Fordham University in Communication and Economics.
Outside of the Lippolis Electric, Paul's is involved in community service efforts that support different causes, such as the Cancer Walk, American Heart Association Heart Walk, Pelham Center of the Arts and Blysthedale Children's Hospital.
"This award means a lot to me," said Paul Lippolis. "I hope that the Milli generation can be remembered by the next generation for our ability to turn back the clock regarding the condition of our planet and environment.
