Koontz Electric Company congratulates this year's graduating class from the Arkansas Construction Education Foundation Electrical apprenticeship program. This year will be Koontz Electric's largest graduating class of 15 graduates. Each graduate completed 8000 hours of on the job training, and successfully passed exams during 576 hours of classroom training. Graduates are immediately eligible to take the Arkansas journeyman electricians exam.
Koontz Electric has 44 employees currently enrolled in electrical apprenticeship training. This workforce development program is fully funded by Koontz Electric Company, which has produced 69 Journeymen and 45 Master Licensed Electricians.
